Privacy policy

HUME measures stress because not everyone can easily express it. Understanding people is crucial in order to provide them with the right care. By measuring stress, we aim to help people be better understood. We believe this will improve their relationships with others and increase overall happiness.

To recognise stress, Mentech requires some of your data. This privacy policy provides a transparent overview of what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. If you have any further questions after reading this privacy policy, please feel free to contact our privacy team at privacy@mentechinnovation.eu.

How do we store your data?

Our physical infrastructure is hosted and managed in data centers operated by Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, located in Germany, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We rely on their flexible and secure cloud infrastructure. These data centers provide the highest possible level of data security and protection. All data is stored in highly secure facilities, which are monitored and protected 24/7. Physical access is strictly limited to authorized datacenter staff. Risks are continuously managed, and periodic audits are conducted to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Details on how specific datacenters handle fire detection, power outages, natural disasters, temperature control, and data center management can be found on their websites (in English):

Mentech regularly performs independent security audits to guarantee the safety of your data.
